ATEC Direct offers direct despatch facilities for all its customer and reseller accounts.


How does a request Direct Despatch work with ATEC Direct?

  • Your customer would place an order with you and pay your company directly for the product.
  • You would then place an order on line via www.atecdirect.co.uk for the product.
  • At check out: Method of shipment - select "Direct Despatch" providing full details (contact name, delivery address, postcode etc) of the final destination of the goods on your order.
  • ATEC Direct will despatch goods ONLY showing shipment address
  • NO invoice will accompany the goods.
  • NO paperwork referring to ATEC Direct or its website will accompany the goods.
  • You will receive an automated email advising you when the goods have been shipped and of course have full access to order status, shipping status information on line via “My Account” “View Order Status”
  • Please note:

  • All sales are final.
  • If your customer decides to return the goods to you as an unwanted item, ATEC Direct will not accept unwanted goods back for credit. You will need to make arrangements with your customer for the return and refund.
  • If you require a copy of your invoice to accompany the goods we would request that our order number be incorporated within your paperwork in a field pre-notified by yourselves.
  • For purchase orders that you request to ship via courier/ all over sea’s consignments – please note a contact telephone number must be provided.
  • Payment Methods

    Once you have decided what you want to purchase, you can select from one of the following payment options: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Switch Solo, VISA Delta, Connect, AMEX, Electron and Paypal. For those with a 30 Day Credit account, payment on account is accepted.
